Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced replacement body for this figure that has a flatter chest? I'd rather do a body swap and retain the original body undamaged than carry out a boob reduction on the original body.

For a body it is. Especially as the Rey body won't work with that headsculpt.

Boob mod doesn't damage the body, you dont have to cut anything.
Just take out the hard parts. Tape wrappin' is 100% optional.
