WOW Asta, that looks AMAZING! I'm trying to find that figure but he is sold out everywhere or in Hot Toys Marvel price range.

I looked the other day to see if there were any around and saw none apart from the brown version.

They were around for quite a while after they released and it looked like they weren't going to be good sellers, which was surprising.

I'm a glutton for punishment.

I tried photographing the sculpt again this morning. The problem is I have no dedicated space to take quality photos. The main collection room has no windows by design, and lighting that's good for human eyes is useless for a camera lens.

The best results I achieve are by using a lamp with an cool white LED bulb directed at the figure. Then it's a toss up whether the camera takes a better photo with either the flash on or off. Usually the combination of LED and flash win out.

So, test pilot Col. Steve Austin take two:

My brother and I were fortunate to pick this white SR-71 Black Bird set up for cheap last year during a eBay flash sale.

I like this 2.0 sculpt 100% more than the previous version. Same for the outfit.

This is the SMDM figure I always wanted.

I do wish an alternative head was included.

A battle-damaged sculpt would make a lot more sense here than with jogging suit Steve.
