Not saying the knees are good or you should have to do this out of the box but I figured out a long time ago that you need to strip the figure, remove the lower part of the leg to expose the peg then you can work the knee back and forth to loosen them up and can make sure you are not stressing the peg that way.

I have no issues with my CC knees after doing that last night.

Here's my review for anyone interested, I show in my video a weird gap where the eyes meet the sculpt, does anyone else have that gap?

 
Here is mine from work. He is on a bootleg Hot Toys body with pro arms (I like the shorter forearms). I got an extra head and dremeled the inside so the head sits lower (The short neck is too thick, the collar wont close) and cut the boots down.

I find mine looks better with the hood. His body just looks ...off... with the helmet but much better with the hood. The helmet went back in the box.
