SS let you return parts for replacements?

Hi does anyone know if SS let you return parts of a statue for replacement? or do they require you to return the whole thing everytime?

There is a paint problem with one of the statue i ordered, but it's only on one parts everything else is fine. Can i just return that part instead of the entire statue/giant box? First time dealing with SS replacement.

Not to sound like an jerk, but best thing is to contact Sideshow themselves. Never had an issue with a statue, but did with a figure and I did not have to send it all back. In fact, they just sent me the replacement piece free without me having to send anything to them.

They replaced parts for me a few times now.

thanks guys looks like this would work, i did send them an email. my work prevents me from calling during their work hours.
