^^^^ the underground parking is usually full by 8am. 7am on the weekend.
Really? I was hoping it was going to be like a real time vampire show, it ended up being softcore vamp porn.
Im excited to go this year, should be wicked. Crossing my fingers to get some stuff signed. The sideshow pannel will be good, ill be nice a tipsy by then. Its comic con you gotta start early on everything.
Quick question for those who have driven there, how early did you have to go to get a parking spot?
I'll pass it along, but I honestly don't think we have much 'sway' when it comes to what time they schedule us for - we take what we can get, what with the panels being overbooked as it is... there's a wait list this year!
You think True Blood is softcore vamp porn? Ok whatever. Last time I checked this is a collectibles forum, Not a porn forum. Lets keep it that way.

Thursday will have a Burn Notice panel with Bruce Campbell......this was announced yesterday by the shows producer on his twitter page
You're kidding...the doors open that early or do people just camp out in their cars? It was mad hot last time in the sandy eggo and I cant imagine sitting in a metal box on wheels.
This might not be the best place to ask the following but I will give it a go:
I was wondering, if there are any people here planning to camp out/go to line really early for the Iron Man 2 panel? I'm a girl coming alone as a first-timer from Finland, and I'm looking for company/friends to camp out with (and also "camp" inside Hall H, where I assume that the panel will be held) So, if there is anyone out there also looking for such company, please let me know! I'm hoping to make the camping etc. more fun (and definatelly more practical!)
Welcome back to the Homing Beacon, the official Star Wars email Newsletter
Lucasfilm Ltd. and G4 are joining forces for a milestone in San Diego Comic-Con International's 40-year history -- the first-ever, exclusive television broadcast of a presentation from the massive pop culture convention. The Star Wars Spectacular! will air Saturday July 25th at 2:00pm ET/PT only on G4, and will feature never-before-seen footage, breaking news, surprise announcements, guest stars and more. In addition, G4 will present three hours of live coverage from the Comic-Con floor, beginning at 4:00pm ET/PT.
Traditionally, details surrounding Lucasfilm's primary panel presentation are closely guarded secrets, with only 6,500 lucky on-site fans allowed access to the wealth of coveted information from a galaxy far, far away. But this year, G4 -- the network that delivers all of the latest and greatest news on comic books, games, technology and pop culture -- is offering TV viewers the one-of-a-kind opportunity to share the excitement with an exclusive broadcast of the panel. G4's Attack of the Show hosts Kevin Pereira and Olivia Munn will join Lucasfilm's Steve Sansweet and a galaxy of guests from Star Wars: The Clone Wars and beyond -- including supervising director Dave Filoni, and voice talent from the show -- to provide an insider look at the Star Wars universe, with never-before-seen footage and a LIVE table read of an exclusive new Clone Wars script.
