Well I see a single joint in elbow and single joint in forearm so I think it'll even out.

I can clearly see two rotating discs in that elbow joint, one at each end. Just like every other DBZ Figuarts practically.

So if the trend of the non-canon movie characters continues, I definitely think Cooler might be next. He's probably the most popular movie villain right behind Broly. And I'm sure in line with that a "Meta Cooler" metallic repaint might be a good idea for a SDCC exclusive.

The lower elbow hing is bent in the first image,
and the upper elbow hing is bent in the next image.

Different pivot points for different joints.
