Any way it comprises of the following:

Sideshow Goldefinger Bond sculpt. Repainted by me.
Hot Toys standard True Type body. Padded out in the right places to make shirt and trousers fit better.
Sideshow Dr No tuxedo from their first Bond figure.
Shoulder holster of unknown origin.
Gun and silencer of unknown origin.

Its just padding on back of thighs and front of waist to make trousers fit better. This also helped on the shirt in waist area as well. Also padding across back of soulders and front of shoulders to make shirt fit better.

No tailoring at all.
