I don't remember the Endos having to take steroids to look like Arnold.
that's a T-600, Arnold had nothing to do with it, because Arnold came behind it in the chronological terminator time scale.

The Infiltrator from the original Terminator played by Franco Columbu wasn't even as big as Arnold and neither were the T-600 in TSCC. The T-600 in Salvation looks like The Iron Giant.

If that's what a T600 will look like, I'll pass. Just another case of raping a great design: The T800 was perfect. Re-modeling it to the looks of this T600 has failed. Back to the drawing board!

The 600 series had rubber skin. We spotted them easy. Because they all looked like Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots.
