There really aren't too many NYPD BLUE customs out there. I bought the head painted almost a decade ago now then padded out his body and suited him up. I had never seen this head around before and I nearly yelled out loud when I saw there actually was a Sipowicz head in existance. I have never seen it offered again and is very rare.
The gun came with him and the barrel flips out which is very cool. He also has hand cuffs, a walkie, a holster and the equipment belt cases. I have less room for things since I moved and I need quick money for a deposit on a cheaper apt.
I am looking for $400 shipped.
