NRD Question

Are you still able to cancel an item and not get charged the NRD if you cancel before your CC is charged??? Just ordered something but thought I might want to wait and see if there is a coupon code coming later this month.

I believe so but I think you have to call to cancel.

If it's your 1st time,you can transfer to another PO.

You should be able to. Just obviously you lose the points or coupons when you confirm the order. I think I've done it twice now. But I can't recall for sure if they were NRD.
