They are all French, but there's no proof that they are the same person - of course any evidence of a single person creating multiple accounts will result in an automatic permanent ban, whether they have 2, 48 or 790 posts.

I'd like the light up bulbs, also. It can't be that hard to do. They are just a couple lights that can be drilled into the bottom of the base. Not a lot of wiring there.
