The dates for JerseyFest 2016 are as follows:

JerseyFest is a niche specialty show that’s pretty rare in the USA, with the focus on all things model, sculpting, and painting related in the world of fiction, including figures and vehicles. Pre-painted statues, including very rare ones, are also on display and for sale. We will have lots more than usual at our 2016 show.

Many people from all over the USA and abroad attend the show each year. We have a big and spectacular model contest and exhibits in a gallery room, and expert demos/presentations (e.g., on painting, sculpting, movie makeup and effects, etc.) running throughout the day in separate rooms on Saturday and Sunday - all included with price of admission into the show.

So, if you're a collector, not only will you be able to buy amazing and rare pieces, but many of the mysteries and secrets of the statue creation process will be revealed. And the social aspects and partying that goes on throughout the hotel all weekend long, especially in the evenings, are the “icing on the cake”.

Our special guest presenters at prior shows included film effects and model making legends from Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Terminator 2, Predator, Alien vs. Predator, Star Trek, Avatar, Hellboy, Hulk, 300, Planet of the Apes and more.

Registrations are now open for the new "Painting a Star Wars X-Wing" all-day class with Michael Salzo at JerseyFest 2016. See details and more pictures at https://jerseyfestfair.com/?page_id=6018%.

The class is tailored for both experienced and beginner modelers. So, if you are new to painting or working on vehicles, this class is as much for you as it is for the advanced students.

Randy Bowen will be at the JerseyFest Model Kit & Statue Fair all of next weekend (Aug. 26-28) selling statues and rarities at the vendor show, doing presentations and hanging with show attendees at hobby parties at night.
