I recently picked up the Governor and Daryl and Merle 2 pack. The two pack is great but the Governor when trying to switch heads the ball joint broke like that even with careful trying to remove the head. These McFarlane figures are crap sadly I do want to pick up the new Daryl stuff but that will be it for me. It's a pity I use to buy McFarlane toys but I think over the past years quality has gone down big time.

Do you read the comics? I ask because I collect the comic line, and have had NO problems with any of them. Granted, I only have Rick, Glen, and the Governor, but all of them are completely. I don't have any of the TV line, but I've seen them in stores and think the paint applications are shoddy as hell, and I've heard from people online, such as yourself, that certain characters break really easily. If you read the comics and don't collect them already, I suggest you make a switch to McFarlane's comic line.

I read the comics too but don't want to get into that line really wanted to get into the TV line but do agree the paint is sloppy and I'm just pissed the head broke luckily can still display the one but can't use the eye patch head. I do love the Dixon 2 pack though. It's really nice for what you pay for it even though Daryl doesn't look like Norman Reedus but like I have stated I want the new Daryl figures coming out and that will be it for me and this line. The comic line is cool but don't want to get into another. Have too many other things I want. Just ashamed luckily only paid 13 bucks for the Governor but still its like "What the Hell!"

I know everyone is super excited for that 10 Inch Daryl, But that toy actually just pisses me off.
Because we should have gotten all the figures looking like that from the beginning.
These 5 inch Walking Dead figures feel like they were made by Bif Bang Pow or some other lesser company.

To me they don't feel "McFarlane" at all. I want to get the 10 inch Daryl but I am not sure if I will yet or not. If they said they would be doing Rick then I totally would .

Yeah Web it really sucks now I can't change the heads at all I may have to figure a way to get the ball joint out but oh well at least I didn't spend $15 bucks on him. If I did I would be even more pissed. Crows yeah it does suck that the McFarlane figures aren't looking like they should. the 10 inch Daryl looks so much better and shocked they didn't sculpt like that from the start. Seems like the new waves are going to be looking much better. Just a big shame. Like I have stated I probably will stop once I get the Daryl's because this experience has really pissed me off.

I am also. He's in stock now but will wait till I see some in hand photos or videos before I pick him up.

I preordered him about two months ago from an online retailer. It says on their site that he's still on preorder, so hopefully they get him soon so I can too!
