Needless to say, I'd buy a Sideshow version in a heartbeat, but to tide me over...

Still jealous of that Tunnel Rat!!:hi5:

Nice Job and what a Great bunch of Joes you have.

Re: Low-Light

Thanks, much appreciated. Working in a Shockwave next. Just wish we'd get them from Sideshow already!

Re: Low-Light

Looks great! I like how you used several SSC parts to maintain continuity.

I would paint the goggle lens red because that's really the iconic part of the figure that I remember.

Re: Low-Light

Really really simple solution for you.

Get some elmers glue and mix in a few drops of red food coloring, then apply to the lens. It will still be see-through.

Re: Low-Light

I just used a red Sharpie marker to color the inside of the lens of a pair of regular goggles. The lens is red, but transparent. To make them red opaque, I snipped a piece of red electrician's tape to fit on the INSIDE of the goggles. That way, you don't have to be so precise cutting the piece to fit the goggles.

Re: Low-Light

What head are you using for Duke? Is that the one that came with Zartan?

Re: Low-Light

Yup, I don't have any airbrushing skills to make the original look more realistic.:monkey2
