Okay, I'll bite.

It's a bit too "action hero" looking for Legolas, what with the lantern jaw thing he's got going on.

While most Legolas sculpts add way too many effeminate aspects to Orlando Bloom that aren't really there, whoever sculpted this one seems to have decided to forgo the effeminate qualities altogether, which is also what's throwing the likeness a bit.

Nice looking piece all the same.
