I just rewatched some scenes and yeah I think you're right about Potts still being slightly taller.

I already liked "Gemini" You'd think that Tony being the genius that he is,
would give his suits more mind tickling names..

This might relieve some collectors, although it confuses me.

Someone who watched the film said the War Machine mark 2 armour isn't in the film. So by that logic I wouldn't say Hot Toys wouldn't make it as they've never released something that hasn't been in the movie without it being some kind of convention/fair exclusive (also known as widely available). However Play Imaginative did one... time will tell i guess.

Interesting, I'll update you guys on this after I see the film in a few hours (4 to be precise ).

not in diecast, everything done in diecast by hot toys so far looks kinda cheap to me, for the Gemini i'd want plastic to get the joints nice and not big open gaps everywhere. Just my opinion tho.

Just came from midnight screening.

Movie's okay btw, but I know you guys want to know more about the suits!!
Who gets worn, who gets screen time etc., so I'll stick to that and avoid some plot spoilers.

Uhuh..okay, let's start with the Man of the Show! (..or suit of the show?)

*Drum roll please* It's *Mark XLII*! Tada! No surprises here. Suit was well used throughout the movie. I'm actually gonna seal the deal and PO this tomorrow after work. (or later today after work. LOL) XLII had a lot more cool scenes I haven't seen in the trailers/clips.

Next up, *Iron Patriot*. Not much a fighter as I would have hoped for..gahd he didn't even fire the shoulder canon!! Don't worry, he still had some cool fight scenes...only that you'd want a *SPOILER* Kilian *SPOILER* headsculpt to go with IP after seeing that IP fight scene.

They do make some jokes about IP cause of the sudden change from War Machine. LOL **Speaking of WM we DON'T see any signs of a black and silver WM/IP. Yup, Rhodey goes straight to red, blue and white.

Oh and before I forget, IP HT Figure is only "missing" one weapon: the forearm gun thing we've been seeing in trailers.

*Mark VII*. Gets some cool screen time. Stark wears this suit in a couple of occasions before XLII becomes fully battle-ready. VII looks pretty beat up but not as beat up as in the end of Avengers. VII has the booster pods intact throughout the movie.

The other suits all appear in the final rumble.

*Mark XL Hypervelocity* suit. Tony gets to wear this. Though it doesn't get to demonstrate "hypervelocity," it does some rapid shooting and some hand-to-hand combat. It's a cool suit IMO. I hated it in the previews, but it was actually good in the movie.

*Mark XXXIII Silver Centurion* Yipee! Actually gets a lot of attention. Stark wears this for a short time in the final battle. Nothing special about it really..except for a 'silvery' surprise :> :>. HAHA. Actually now thinking about it, it has an appropriate name.

There are a couple of other suits that tony wears, but I don't think we've seen names for them yet. They look good but didn't really do anything special. LOL

Now for unworn suits:

*Mark XXXIX Gemini* aka Starboost. Most disappointing. I don't recall see it at all other than when the suits arrived and lined up.

*Mark XVII Heartbreaker* Got some cool screen time. Obviously the arc-reactor does its job well. Good suit, but not really break-through shocking. Will probably pass on the PO now.

*Mark XXXVIII Igor*. Heavy lifting suit. Well yeah, heavy lifting, cause it lifts something heavy.. Heavy lifting suit. Bow.

*Mark XXXV*. LOL Just like the HT price, suit is a joke. LOL. Didn't really even use the clampers. Now I know why HT was in a rush to put this up for PO before the movie release. Haha.

Well, that's all I could do for now..I need me some sleep .

Chances of the Hyperverlocity suit being made are good so i'm happy about that. Greatly disappointed the space suit doesn't feature in the film really but still hope HT make a figure of it to combat PI.

So from your points it looks like i'm still only wanting 2 armors from this film, Shotgun and Gemini. Possibly the centurion too but not sure i like it's design. Thanks for letting us know.

Other than I think a very quick IM2 clip of the old WM being flashed in a news report, we don't see any Silver-Black WM at all.

So yeah, we don't see that at all. Except in the prologue comics.
