How do I apply 'frosted' weathering

Hi folks,

I'm currently doing a Herzog custom from Dead Snow and I'm at the point where I need to apply the frosted look to the coat etc.

Just wondering if anyone could advise on how to do this please.

I would also like to know this as well. With all of the mods being done to Hoth Han, Luke and the Tauntaun it would be great if someone could post a tutorial of techniques for weathering snow and frost on fabric that won't yellow or permanently damage the fabric. I know Rorywan has been using Krycell to weather his (available in Europe but apparently not available in North America) but I would like to know the best techniques for mixing in powders to create texture and buildup and also how to frost clear plastic such as goggles and windows so it looks like ice crystals.
