Well to be fair, if I'm being completely honest some of the people I'm seeing critiquing it quite harshly are either going to purchase a custom or have some form of a custom - which seems to me just blowing hot air out to justify their preferences of paying so much money.

I think those two new photos look stunning. When will the in hand pictures start coming out?

I just noticed it’s out, I went to buy it off my usual dealer and there asking £850 pounds for it

When it comes to Ledger you really have to pre-order. I could never find a DX11 at sensible price on the secondary market. This guy will cost me £400. £100 two years ago, the rest on dispatch. Right now I'm relieved!

Yeah there's no way I can impulse-buy one of these with that 'Heath Ledger Joker tax' markup - there's always a markup but it consistently takes the cake with Ledger Joker.

This is why I'm actually relieved it's another Yulli effort that's being shat on as usual No temptation in this atmosphere whereas if everyone was hyped to the max over a Hot Toys Joker that finally matches the best customs out there it could be a different story.

As surprising as the fact that people make critical comments who are still on the fence or don't plan on buying the product, I know. It's almost as if this is a forum.

Apparently they have to do this to "talk themselves" into making a financial commitment that they already made two years ago and have the freedom to exit from at any time.

I passed on this because the promo pics looked off and fugly, and convinced myself I didn't have the space for a 1/4 scale.
I've been waiting for somebody to post pics that would make me feel that twinge of regret.

With a touch of a repaint and some custom hair work, this will likely knock people's socks on their asses.

I don't follow or buy custom figures (sure there are great ones but it is just not my thing). As far as licensed figures of the Heath Ledger Joker go based upon these recent pictures this looks like the definitive best figure...so I will be very happy to own in.

I’ve always enjoyed the original sculpt and also never spent on customs and very happy after seeing pictures above

At least they got the color of the inner jacket correct...but again the head sculpt(even with the few tweaks) looks very bland and stylized with little resemblance to Ledger..

Huh. Definitely looks a little better in those new pics.

Especially this one here.

The headsculpt definitely looks best from that angle.

The argument about HT Joker figures go on and on and on....always some say it looks like crap and others pleased...I'm excited about it myself and just wish HT would reissue DX11 because I stupidly sold off both of mine long ago...
