The "slope" adn chest of the figure is almost dead on with that first screenshot you posted.

You wouldn't even need an extra body damaged chest and leg, the clothing will cover it up so just have 1 body with the damage and 2 sets of clothing.

I'm excited to see this figure. But I still say that the slope and size of the chest is exaggerated and Hot Toys got a bit too enthusiastic with his muscle mass. It's like when women want breast implants; they think the larger the better and end up with cantaloupes for boobs.

WOW! MaulFan got.... MaulFanized! :lol Justin, this is a point MF iterated a few pages back sans the umpteen images of source material.

All the possible parts and extras based on my memory of the film:

-3 heads
-muscle arms
-alternate endo-revealing arm
-alternate battle damaged endo arm
-clean base body
-battledamaged base body, including chest and knee (perhaps arms seperate)
-fresh jacket
-bullet-hole jacket
-final BD phase jacket with shredded left arm
-potentially an in between weathered bullet-hole jacket
-black t-shirt
-potentially black t-shirt with bullet holes
-grey t-shirt
-grey t-shirt with ripped open chest
-1 pair undamaged pants
-1 pair pants with torn up left knee
-sunglasses
-shotgun
-Rosebox
-handgun
-Grenade launcher
-grenade bandolier

-mini-gun and ammo bag
-sarahs m-16 machine gun
-SWAT teargas launcher
-gas masks
-axe

Its just now clear to me how much decision making HT has to go through on this character alone. How many versions to do, what to include and not include on each. Damn,

head wise I'd be happy with the final head right before he shoots the T-1000 with the M-79! :borg :rock

Those screen grabs really sell the sculpt... looks pretty dead-on.

Still hoping he comes with extra BD accessories (head, jacket, etc.) :rock

Actually, I've never said anything about the shape of his chest or his build being an issue, other than it suggesting it's on the Dutch body, and I don't like the Dutch body for it's function, not aesthetics.

All except for the Rob Liefeld chest:

Looks a bit odd in the "reveal arm" pic, but with the jacket on he looks pretty damn good.

Still, I'm hoping that its not a rubber body as it would be kind of a waste given that you'd never have him undressed.

The wait for this is going to be painfully long....I'm really hoping we get some kind of new body though. The Dutch body is going to be pretty limited under the jacket.... not to mention a little pointless. Maybe something more in line with the Wolverine body function wise, but bulked up of course.

:confused::confused::confused:
Thing that has me nervous with the body is how beefy his chest looks, the only body that's been known publicly from HT with that sort of build is the Dutch body, which I hope isn't the case. It's be cool if it was like a mix of the Dutch and Wolverine bodies, use a beefy outter rubber layer for the torso like Wolverine, molded from the Dutch sculpt, but then have the arms be a pure, jointed, hard plastic design so you can really pose them.

Forget to take your Donepezil this morning? :dunno

100% agree!

No, you just didn't get what I was saying there. I didn't like the chest because it's suggestive of the figure being on the Dutch body, which I do not like, not that the chest itself was a problem just that it was evidence of something else I have issue with. What I was getting at with the rest of that comment was that I'd be ok with the body if they built it like Wolverine, where it's a normal TT body with a rubber layer over the torso to give it the muscle definition, and they use a mold of the Dutch body to make the shape. I think, for representing Arnold, the Dutch body is great, as a posable figure body though, I think it's a POS, so I'm hoping the T2 figure isn't on the exact same body is Dutch and that somehow, it is an improved, more posable one, however they achieve that in the end.

I don't think it's a good representation of size. I looked but I think our other posts were collateral damage being deleted with the whole "$$$" pissing contest that went on. Arnold simply wasn't the same size in any of the other movies. He'd lost considerable mass between T1 and T2. He was a bit bigger in T3 than he was in T2, but not by much and was bigger in TS than T1 because that was Kickinger's body who's bigger than Arnold ever was. I think the "Dutch" proportions would be great for a T1 or TS T-800. The proportions used for Krauser's body would be more fitting for a T-2 T-800 and a T-850 for T3.
