It must just be the way HT have distributed them. EX first, followed by the reg a few weeks later. If i'm not mistaken they have done this on a few releases which have an exclusive item recently.

It's a sign of the times man.

When people want something now, that few weeks seems like an eternity.

They get a rush of blood and will gladly lube themselves up and bend over to get it right away .

I'll wait a few weeks, get a reg and then wait for the inevitable recast cowl.

This being Batman the regular will probably be marked up anyway, so it probably won't be quite that much of a difference.

I got mine early from timcent (paid less than asking price, just tell him you want it cheaper outside ebay and he'll agree) because I hate waiting and I wanted the exclusive. The empty cowl completes this figure if you ask me, should've been included in the reg version. I could have also bought the exclusive from Sideshow (my only other alternative), but it would end up at the same price with import taxes added and I would have to wait longer.

We Europeans usually get our figures much later than you guys in North America. For an example, I just received my Mark VII and Phil Coulson figures this tuesday!

Edit: Oh and that completes my Avengers set (excl. Black Barbie Widow and Giant Angry Shrek toy).

Like 80 bucks I think it was with air mail. I chose EMS however, a bit more expensive (but definitely worth it). But in the end still cheaper than asking price on ebay. Not sure how much he charges for it now but I can imagine the price went up.

I realize its all yours money. But if I had to pay 700+ to get this guy. I probably wouldn't get him at all. I'm pretty happy I am getting him From BBTS for 430. Only down side is you gotta wait about a month longer for it.

I understand you from your position. 430 dollars is a steal, for us Europeans at least. Since we are paying £340/542$ for the regular (that's the cheapest I found). I had to add £20/32$ for shipping to Sweden from the UK. So 574 dollars in total just for the regular! It's a lot of money, but I imagine it's even more for you North Americans considering the difference in currency value.

Remember, that's just for the regular edition! So a hundred dollars more for the exclusive and receive it early is a no brainer. At least for me.

Same here. Big fan, so totally worth it. I did the same with the DX11 ex. and DX12. Although I paid almost half for the DX12 compared to the DX11.

Same, once i saw the 1/4 scale final version, i had to have it. Even tough i had to have long deep conversation with myself if i could spend that much money on a figure
