Not my pics... Searching the web for Snow scout trooper does bring up some awesome ideas. I'd love to see some future trooper designs use similar ideas.

Is endo1 Hemble from the Indy forums years ago?
Were you ever on The Raven?

I gave it up years ago. The forum went off air for a long time, before coming back to life about a year ago I think. Never bothered to go back.
Sorry guys, but I was on the OSW (one six warriors forums) and McFarlane Spawn forums way back in the day (Y2K). I do recognize a few members here who still use their same alias from the OSW era.

I was just a lurker there (that sounds funny for some reason :lol) maybe 10+ years ago in the years after KOTCS.

There were some fun things to see there (Hemble was always making cool stuff,) but Indy forum interest seemed to rise and fall solely linked to a new movie. So maybe a great return of Indy interest is coming with the release of.... oh, on second thought - maybe not.😬:rotfl

Oh, sorry - I saw the Hemble pics and thought that might have been you.

Ya sorry, pics above are not my customs, but I do love the Snowtroopers and the idea of Snow Scout Troopers. I find these custom Snow Scout figures very inspiring.

When I was on the OSW, all my custom figures were spec ops modern military in topic. This was a couple years or so before SS had the SW license and released Jedi Luke, ect.

Callous used to share pics of his custom Darth Maul headsculpt with moving eyes over on the OSW, and here when it was Sideshow Freaks, shortly after I joined over here.

Btw... I agree, Hemble has done some very cool custom work with that scale.

Hello,

Sorry to raise this thread from the grave, but I was able to get my hands on a Snowtrooper (VGM24) a few days ago and I had a question...

The Figure base unfortunately only comes with a flight stand. Does anyone know if it's possible to remove the "plug" that the flight stand fits in to? If so, can it accommodate a standard hot toys figure stand?

Please see photo below (not mine, for reference only)

Thanks!

Yes, you can pull it out and insert a normal figurestand peg/tower/nutgrabber

I tried making my own by molding and casting the crotch post but to no avail. I was able to mold and cast the stand top and bottom pretty easily. That’s mine I’m using for Snowspeeder Luke. As well as the name plates. I ended up just painting a black post white. Works just fine.
