Hot Toys Neck Connector Question

I recently bought a Harvey Dent head on eBay but I realized that it didn't come with a connector to attach to a Truetype or BBI body. I'm assuming it doesn't matter which connector it is (think they're both the same). :chew

This is the exact description from GSTG:

That looks like the couple that I have-so it should work.

That might work. It's designed for a Dragon head to go on a BBI or Hot Toys body.

The connector in your picture is upside down!

Don't get that one from GSTG: Dragon heads and hot toys heads do not use the same kind of connector for the head sculpt. That one in the picture will fit a true type body, but it won't fit a hot toys head. I have one just like it and tried it on a Hot Toys head and it does not fit. As you can see from the auction photo, the part that goes into the hot toys head is a completely different shape from the equivalent part on the connector meant for the Dragon head.

I've found that as long as the hole end is fine then you can just glue it on at the plug end..... doesn't really matter as you don't need the head to swivel on the plug - the plug swivels on the body for that axis of movement.
