Completely different.
It's carbine with a scope and one big *** silencer.

Kinda wished the sculpt was like this or have the serious look like the Avengers one.

But! I will buy this fig, best HS out of the 3 and I'm absolutely in love with the suit. Doesn't have the monotany of the first 2 suits.

Wanted to get a Black Widow figure ever since HT released their prototype images of her for The Avengers. Unfortunately their final production didn't came out nicely as expected so I didn't make the purchase. Was really looking forward to see the improvement they made when I saw the teaser on HT's FB page. Alas, it seems they took a step back with this sculpt.

Awesome shop. If the sculpt were better, I would probably pick this up. Looks like i'll wait for the Age of Ultron version.

Lol, I guess I'm just blind because I can't see any difference in your photos. If the "problems" with the sculpt are that tiny then I guess I'm good!

Every super hero will get made from this movie, don't kid yourself. If Maria Hill has a bigger role, she will get a figure too.

I'm sure Maria Hill will become Director of SHIELD since Nick Fury supposedly has to fake his death. At least that's what I would hope since that happened in the comics. Ugh, I would love a Maria Hill fig.
