Oh ok. For whatever reason, the one that is not all dirty has more likeness to Scarlet

I'm surprised that I don't hear more people complaining about the likeness. This is by far the one figure with the biggest disparity from promo to production that I've ever seen (I'm leaving out Thor and DX10 obviously because those were improvements).

I'm glad everyone is enjoying the fig and I am too, but I can honestly say that the likeness was perfect in the promo pics and what we ended up getting in hand looks extremely different. Really it's only the eyes that are different (because the sculpt is the same) but it looks like a drastic change

TOYS now normally released all their products in a few batches. The
first batches only for their VIP exclusive retail sale. It is no any
discount and just for testing the market. All the online and oversea
pre-orders have to wait to the second batch. It would be a few weeks
later from the first batch launched. It should be around a few weeks
later. Because HOT TOYS like to get the commend from their VIPs and
trying to improve the quality on the second or third batch if

I wonder how much of this is still true. Not the staggered release; I know that they ship in waves and Asia always gets the first wave as your email says. But do they still improve quality and QC issues after the first VIP wave?

I know that was the way it was back in the oily abs days. Back then sellers prided themselves as advertising they're a U.S. seller because that suggested that they have pieces from the improved second wave that was shipped to the U.S. ; but we haven't heard about any disparities between the Asia and U.S./Canada waves in a long time

Oh yea that's right, they offer discounts for preorder. That's really a good option for people who live in Cali because that tax sucks. But earning points from SS is a good deal too
