So SS can sell out in 2 months then make as many more as they want. Then what if in 5 years there's high demand they can say oh we found 100 more pieces in our warehouse since there's no ES. I call my LCS to quickly cancel this. I can get it myself for even less. Just like the big chap. I got that thing for 300.00 less than SS site.

As long as they sell they will keep on making more, it's an excuse for them to say that due to the price and size of this they are keeping it open. Sometimes I think they don't realize that some customers actually DO have brains.

well I'm not taking Jaclyn's word for it. She was the one that said to me that the Batman 1:1 Bust was going to be an open edition. I posted her comments on that thread and lord beholds me, a couple months later, SSC puts an edition number on it.

I like her but she has no clue what's she's talking about. Until a higher up SSC representive confirms it, I'm not taking her word for it. So my left nut is still saved....

Interesting. It pretty much implies that the run may be closed sooner rather than later.

The problem with that is that the 1/2 Iron Man LSF is still up years later. I wonder if that has to do more with Legacy than with Sideshow? If Sideshow does have more say on Galactus then that email reply might be true.

I agree,As for the reason why IM LSF is still orderable it could be they haven't sold all of there first run?

There is no way of truly knowing if they sold 50 or 1000,but i'm certain they haven't sold many.not even 50 possible.

I am going to guess they have sold closer to 100. You may be correct assuming that whatever leftovers there are is what's left from that one run.

When you see them offer free shipping that may be a clue.

No, dont be so naive They will have this on sale for years that's the only reason to have open ES. All this talk about producing limited amount etc..is pure smoke & mirrors. Otherwise they would put the ES number on it or left it TBD for now.

This is a done deal, stormtrooper pf 2.0 and with price at over $800 plenty room to drop.
