Help Me Identify this Figure!?!?

I remember having this and took a snap from an old family Xmas video of me holding it as a kid. I got this on what I believe was Xmas 1991. What I remember about him is when I squeezed his arms or legs, ooze stuff would come out of his neck. A whole series if I remember correctly, where there was a similar function with all the figures.

Did it go along with Pulsar? Pulsar had a see through chest plate that showed his insides. Press a button on his back and his heart beat and his lungs expanded and blood went through his veins.

I'm thinking of Hypnos. That's not Hypnos, sorry.
