It's come to our attention that some phishing and spoofing emails have gone out in our name, Toy Anxiety, asking for passwords and information.

These are NOT from us. We almost never send out any emails anymore. We would never ask for any information in any kind of email in the first place.

Please ignore and don't click on them.

The only time we might send out an email is to announce a sale or event, never for passwords and/or login credentials.

I've contacted our hosting service and gave them a heads-up and they are making sure nothing was breached on their end.

I’ve had this happen before as well and I removed each item one by one until I found the problem one and then re-did the order without it. I think it was a Terminator item but can’t remember what and no, I don’t know why it wouldn’t accept it either.

Unfortunately, we can't ship to Germany. We lost too many packages and had to refund too many orders to continue. My apologies.
