Got the Gigantic 62 today! Freaking love it... 95 burning G is now expendable and I will be selling...

They both are bad ass, but that 62 is a little bit more bad ass.

While I prefer the 64 I can see the appeal of the 62, especially in an incredible piece like that one is.

Sakai's sculpt for the Banpresto.

That tail has a life of its own. :lol

I still prefer the gigantic burning...it just looks so vicious. 62 is spot on accuracy. But they look weird together. One's so suit accurate and the other is stylized. I wish the line would pick which it wanted to be and stick to it

There's a KOC Godzilla '99 sculpt at the Diamond booth with the other X-Plus reissues (including the original '99). Could be that they're releasing a pre-assembled, pre-painted version of that kit in their 30cm line.

I want that new G statue with the train. I can't seem to get enough of that concept. :wink1:

64 suit is KING!! If they make one I will have that also.

I love the burning G but I just prefer Showa era Godzilla's. If GBG tail was not such a pain for displaying purposes I would keep it.

Got an offer on my GBG already and I am sort of feeling bad that I agreed... But I don't know where to put him.... I am willing to make the room for a G64.

There is plenty to love in the GBG. I never planed on selling. But g 62 and 64 are my favs so I have to sacrifice somewhere. That and I never been a fan of the 90's feline face but every other aspect is great!! (dorsal plates, long tail, powerful build).

Personally I think there is room for accurate and stylized. I think they all look great together.. None of them are so far off that they don't look like they are not from the movie they are based (G2000 might be the farthest removed from the film).

I get why some may not like 62 suit style... Head on he is a goof :) Profile is killer though.

Personally I think he looks like he could kick GBG ass :) they are the same height but if g62 has more mass and if he stood up straight he would be a bit taller...

None of that matters... Both are great pieces.... Going to have to get a smaller BG down the road.

Yeah im a fan of the 62 look as well. I liked the unique stylistic interpretations the line offered. I just can't get all these figures in giant large versions which a lot of these xplus collectors are doing. I like the standard 30cm 62 way more than the 25cm burning godzilla. So I think for me GBG is more needed in my collection.

I wonder of they'll ever come out with some of these 25cms like godzilla 73 or 67
