That's a thought, but more important are the team rosters... we probably need to rate everyone before dividing up into teams... maybe basic groupings something like beginner, intermediate, advanced... nothing too complex.

match could consist of 4 games, each team hosting 2 games

Well, if no weapon swaps then no using alternate weapons period. No picking up anything on the map. Lancer and Shottie only.

IMO for the 2 games that your team host, it should be your choice but no swaps on the map just standard layout
