Whew..! Where to even begin? Sorry for the delay with the pics and vids, guys, but right after leaving the show on Sunday I had to go in to work for my 12+ hour night shift job for 3 days straight. I'm finally off today and want to crash, but before I do that, I'll post some of my vids taken during the crazy 1/6 collecting madness that was Famcon!

I had a wonderful time meeting everyone and while the center of the event was supposed to be the 1/6 figures, they almost seemed secondary to the real fun that I had which was getting to know everyone in the hobby who I only previously knew by their forum names, etc.

So many great talents like Scott Peterson, One's Customs, and Silent Surfer to name a few..!
The females of the group were also wonderful and a more than welcome addition to the event! Fumi aka Igor is lovely and cool! Se A is another beauty with great tailoring talents! And of course the other wives and girlfriends that made it all the more fun..! If there were only more of you involved in this hobby it would be awesome!

I'll try to post some pics soon. Many of you will have already seen them on my Facebook album. Here are some of the vids I managed to take during Famcon. It was harder than it would seem to do with all the socializing going on. I hope those that attended will enjoy reliving some of the fun and others that missed it all, will make it a point to go to next year's Famcon!

Mag, I really tried my best! I hope I didn't come off as some kind of recording media freak, but as much as I tried and was holding both of my cameras, I was surprised at how much I actually missed or didn't record! From the get go it was all meet and greet and just catching up with old friends both old and new and getting to know everyone who I only previously knew as friendly "screen name" on the Freaks or on YouTube. I even got "fans" who recognized me from "other" media exposure in the past! ;)
Here are some of my favorite pics from the long weekend! I posted some group pics a couple pages back from the Saturday evening dinner. Magnus and I missed the Friday gathering to do something different and caught a comedy club featuring old friends of mine, Edwin San Juan and Aiko Tanaka. Edwin is a fan and also showed the love by stopping by Saturday! Aiko used to model and is now trying her hand at comedy. She had a very tiny role in Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift which I thought I should mention since the new movie is out now!

Ok! I was at first reluctant to post this but it was a great memory from the end of the evening and I think it would be loved by our community. How could I keep it from everyone! :lol Loved Famcon! :love
