I don't think your faceplate is gong all the way up the helmet, thus creating a longer face effect. Might be the light, idk. Great shots though! Glad you like it!!

You were right, I had a little more to push in
It's my fav piece at the moment, don't plan on that changing since I'm a huge robo fan
Only competition is the ht robo

Eb responded within hours of my email asking for a replacement, hopefully it just rubs off

We are glad that you like our production.

We are sorry to hear your issue on the figure. Since we are using a very strong material for the helmet sculpt, it's not easy to be scratch. Therefore, we want to know where the blue paint locate.

Is the blue paint above the transparent coating? If yes, you should be able to rub it off. If the blue paint is scratch into the transparent coating, then you need to send us back the helmet for a new replacement. You need to bare the shipping cost for sending back the helmet.

Edit: just rubbed it off with my fingernail

for anyone else getting this fig, i suggest taking the head off before posing it, as the head just sits on the base and doesnt snap into it

while messing with it today, the head fell off and hit the tile floor, cracking the back of the helmet
luckily, its not large and its in the back, but if i had removed the head prior to posing, it would have never happened

I've got to say that I have been VERY impressed with Enterbays service

I emailed them asking if they would SELL me a replacement helmet as I was at fault for the following

They responded with sorry to hear, send us a pic
Sent the pic, reinforcing the fact that this was my fault
Received the following email

Dear Customer,

We will offer a free replacement to you if you receive the product within 7 days. Please send us back the detective helmet head sculpt. Once we receive it, we will arrange to send you a replacement.

Please attached the after sales service form in your parcel.

Regards,

Customer Service Team

I have read horror stories about their customer service, but I am blown away by not only their response time, but their willingness to replace the helmet for free

Just got my Kraftwerk 1/4 scale base from Jed @ www.facebook.com/thebatcomesouttonight what a great piece! Their service is beyond insane, great communication, from initial deposit to deliverd date was only 5 business days. The detail is flawless, from the texture of the ground, to the wooden door, and the nice touch of the cocaine strewn all over =p! I am excited to have a custom idea that I am now more then confident that they will be able to bring to fruition in the next few weeks for a 1/6 scale base.

I hope you guys enjoy my pics of Jed's base as much as I do!

Pdang

Yes future owners, be careful.

The head does not come attached all the way in, and it will likely fall. Luckily, it fell on my carpet so no harm done (I have a very tall table).

Remove the head, and then attach it properly (that it also happens to be a tricky thing to do)

I gotta wonder, design wise, why does EB does the things they do. The thing looks great but it's engineering leaves a LOT to be desired. Bill, listen to me you DB, we get that you love expensive things, but it's really us paying for your Ferraris and expensive lunches, you mother****er. Some of us love your stuff, but this little nuisances are getting really tiresome.

****er.

The rubber rings hold the head in place so you must push the head all the ways down in to the 'D' shaped cavity. For a while I wasn't pushing the head down enough for it to be secure.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that
I'll give it a try although, I'm afraid I might break something

Like some things in life, go slow and firm dude. You can also remove the rubber rings and the head will drop down into cavity but will be mega loose. You could just add blue tack if it's more comfortable for you.

i did it, very easy to do, and the head doesnt fall off with the slightest movement now
thanks, i was worried as i remember reading not to push the head down as you might damage the mechanism

now, i need to get a box and make the time to get it to the post office to replace the cracked helmet

Well, Timcent offered me one today (to buy off him obviously) and I have turned it down.

****ing cruel brain -

''I can't have 1:4 scale Terminators, Aliens and Predators and not have a 1:4 Robocop! It's wrong.''
''But its $600! You don't love Robocop enough to pay THAT much for one figure''
''awww ****, yeah you're right......but....but-''
''NO! STFU!''
''*sigh* yyyeah alright.....prick''
''you're doing the right thing.....wha- what are you doing? Why are you looking in that thread again?''
''oh what are you, my dad?''

You're making the right decision.

Tried to emulate the ht robo pic someone took at a convention, I'm surprised this thread is dead
