Enemies You Fear In Games

What I have is more of a moment than an enemy. Well I guess the enemy is Scarecrow but I freaked out during the first hallucination sequence in Arkham Asylum, where you enter the morgue.

Yea the indestructible necro scared me becuase he followed me everywhere and I couldnt beat him. I shot him with laser's and buzz sawed him but he kept growing back. he was like nemesis except slower and less brutal but still.

The witches in Left4Dead always really freaked me out. I always played with some friends who were really good at the game and always crowned the witch so I never got learned how to deal with her. My experience with her always ended up with me accidentally setting her off, and then getting mauled to death. That damn cry of hers...
