I think the name's short for H o m o Ludens, seems like Kojima's been getting into Dutch philosophy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/h o m o_Ludens (remove the spaces, the language filter's got a thing against latin)

Maybe as a variant. GSC never reissue exclusives.

It’s expensive, strange and has no real pop culture franchise or even a game behind it. But 1000Toys has never produced a bad figure, even when trying something new for the first time. He will be amazing.
