I do. To me he's a villain in the same vein as Pfeiffer's Catwoman (who would get an honorable mention for my list herself.)

I can agree with that, both catwomen would be in my honorable mentions as well.

I would consider both antiheros more than villains but that's all subjective. lol

I know I'm missing some villains, but it's kind of hard remembering every comic book film. Ozymandias should be on that list, but I don't know who to take out because I like their performances.

Just Bane being associated with Talia makes him a non contender.

Affleck Batman could have made it in if they had balls and didn't put in the Martha and Doomsday crap.

Thankfully Liam Neeson never had a scene with Tom Hardy and Marion Cotillard. Other than the ghost Qui-Gon Jinn appearing to Bruce in prison, one can easily separate Begins from TDKR or insist that Bane and Talia were just weirdos that were lying. Even if one does, it's clear Ra's separated himself from those two in the years prior, never acknowledging them again. He should have had the beheaded.

In which case, #1 villain on everyone's list would have to be Clarence Boddicker. He makes villains like your Joker and Lokis look small time.
