Well, given it IS the movie thread and people have previously opined here that CM should have worn the old Ms. Marvel hooker getup, I can understand jye's mistake. But yes, we were talking comics when that outfit was mentioned.

Women in bathing suits aren't porn, but since CM does most of her work IN SPACE rather than at the beach, I think her current outfit is slightly more appropriate.

I don't think Warbird ever went into space in that outfit. If they made a Warbird movie, it would be terrestrial based.

I think Jimcap and myself are saying that we would've preferred a movie about Carol Danvers as Ms. Marvel/Warbird over the Captain Marvel movie.
It would've made a more interesting version of the character than the over powered Captain Marvel.

OK, but I think you'd previously made that preference quite clear. And obviously Marvel & Disney's preference was to make a massive profit by releasing a film that appealed to a broader demographic (no pun intended). So maybe we can move on and stop discussing what didn't happen?
