I don't get these notices. That notice is telling you that the shipment arrives in 8 days right? Yet I was told they had no clue. Bahhhhh.

I get the notice. What I meant I didn't get is why I was told they had no clue when they were getting the shipment today on the phone? They tell someone charged on November 5th, "idk when it's coming" then hours later they tell someone yet to be charged that "it's on the way" so to speak.

Sorry in advance if I sound bitter. I just hate this situation...
