Disney has say over Marvel. Feige knows not to piss off talent in an industry that is driven by talent and Disney wanted to do what they wanted instead. Driving up D+ numbers helps drive up your stock price. Scarjo would've made more with exclusive theatrical release cause just one guy can capture digital video and it is now everywhere on the internet. A cam dude at the theatre at least turns some piracy away till digital arrives.

Feige knows that you need top talent to drive these movies. It is a d*** move if they told her theatrical only, but it still might not have broken the contract. Both sides will be ok with their stacks and stacks of cash.

Disney is done with Scarlett. They already introduced Scarlett's replacement in the BW film no less, that's just cold, even to a guy like me 
Also, with the multiverse, they can get a bunch of alternate BW.

Feige still has to do F4 and X-Men. X-Men should be his last hurrah to finish the great run. He just shows businessmen how to run a business, yet gets undercut again. You would think they would let Feige call all the shots with Marvel at this point. Always some moron exec to get in the way. George Lucas complained about the same thing. If he didn't have those political problems, we wouldn't of gotten the turds we got with the PT.
