I think that the main problem is that the SSC EU Warehouse is not directly under SSC control. From what I recall it's a distribution centre for a few companies and not just Sideshow.

That and the UK Warehouse Employees work ethic is not entirely high!

I think that I recall that, like WETA, SSC are looking for a more permanent and SSC controlled EU office to stop all of these problems.

Possible. In the four years that I'm a SSC customer, I never had to deal with a situation like the one happening now. What's going on SSC?
