I'm guessing they'll end up suing the others as well--HTC, LG, Motorolla, and probably Google for Android.

Judges really shouldn't have given them this, there's things here that should have never been awarded a patent.

Yeah I read that HTC & LG are going to be apples next targets.

I have an iPhone and iPad ,good devices,but I don't agree with Apple on this on. They are bullying Samsung because they are such a strong threat. There may be some patent infringements but Apple is being ridiculous .in a lot of ways Samsung's devices are better(my opinion !)

I side with Apple on this, not for the money but for the principle, it's obvious that Samsung copied their deisgn and user interface stytem and tweaked it slightly

This is just posturing and legal maneuvering by Google to get their Android patents in order in the wake of Samsung's thrashing.

It'll be interesting to see the countersuits that will inevitably fly out as well.

that's why I prefer macs products over anyone else's. I tried the Galaxy 3 phone i hated the setup or the interface of it. I found it very cumbersome to look for things.

I've been really happy with all my iPhone's I've had, it's does everything I want it to do to and I've never had any problems with them either and that's what matters to me. I like how easy everything apple works in general from there mac's to there iPods, iPhones etc. Ha, I sound like an apple fanboy now
