Anyone else receive a damaged Iron Man LS bust?

Mt replacement came damaged as well. The damage wasn't as bad, but still. Returned it and asked for a refund.

Oh well, more shelf space I guess.

Same here. Got a refund because I felt the chances of getting a mint one as a replacement were pretty slim. I swear if SS has QC problems with Darkness or X-Men Vs. #2 I am going to cry.

Is this damage why the item, which was in stock, now shows as backordered? I was going to use a gift card and buy one, but now I guess I'm going to wait and see if Sideshow fixes the problem.
