Mine has arrived. Apart from checking for any broken parts, I did not took it out of the box. But I must admit, headsculpt seems better than those in photographs.

Yeah it's really easy to do. All you really need is a green LED light. For the acrylic panel, just ask your local trophy/engraver shop to make one (probably around 20$?).

Don't know how much people are selling them here, but you can make a basic one for maybe 30$ max.

All geared-up is a really great look for that figure. If they had released Cassian in his Jedha parka, I probably would have picked up Jyn, Cassian and K2.
