I wonder, is the rifle this one comes with the same blaster as the one we see in the Snowtrooper two-pack? Or Sideshow's version of BFII sniper rifle?

The Snowtrooper rifle has a more rounded barrel, like an MG34.

The new Scout rifle has a more angular barrel.

Jup, the new blaster is based on one of the rifles we see in Battlefront 2(new). I gave my Sideshow scout this particular weapon and it looks great!

I've often wondered if our collective musings on here can make it through to them. Is it possible?

I was also making the case recently that it would be a nice trend if they continue to included the extra/alt blasters for the troopers.

It's cool because this is sort of a deep cut... a ROTJ Scout Trooper with the Battlefront 2, Specialist Class DLT-19X. Also used by Inferno Squadron's Del Meeko.

It does seems like the DLT was a last minute inclusion, because there's still no proper trigger finger? What other HT trooper is there that comes with a rifle, but no trigger finger. I think that it should have been added. Jul-Sep 2022? There's more than enough time to make the trigger hand. And while we're speaking of hands, how about they consider adding a pointing finger hand too!

Ya that's quite a bump in $$ for the bike.

The single is lot more reasonable at $230, which means the rifle is costing $10.

Luckily I'm not into collecting vehicles, and only want to assemble the different armour versions.

Things only get more expensive unfortunately. But in this set’s defense, it does come with a large weapon that hasn’t been released before (DLT-19X rifle) and the bike’s base has a bit more going on than the Nevarro counterpart.

So while it’s not great that it costs more, I don’t feel it’s less. Though there’s some personal bias there as I love blasters and I (and anyone else all in on Mando) have Grogus to spare at this point.

Yeah I did a check and I paid something like $480 shipped for the SS bike + scout trooper used. So it's not outrageous.

I'll be still getting the Scout as a single to have as a second next to the bike. Hope they are using the same body as those 501st troopers. They are extremely good imo. (in the description it does say new body).
