Yeah i hated the elastic im glad i replaced it.

I'm getting around to completing my TIE Fighter pilot and am needing to pick you guy's brains . I need the ribbed pipes coming from the helmet to the chest-unit. ( life support?) Any suggestions ? My original idea was to use bass guitar strings , but they are too inflexible at this size .
