There was a time not long ago when 1/6 collectors were at Hot Toys's heels because of the issues their $200-300 figures had in terms of durability and articulation now they seem to be happy with something that costs between $800-2000 but has no guarantee of lasting as long as a normal PVC figure...

If moving this will be such an issue that JND needs to warn collectors about it then they and other companies trying to employ similar techniques should stop calling these figures and adopt a new moniker, "1/6 poseable statue" would be more accurate since they are actually charging statue prices.
