Question is anyone else's GL a bit of a pain to get both foot pegs into their appropriate holes? I put it on when I first got it and never really thought of it again. That said I had was going to put the batteries back into the statue and when I was taking him off the base and putting him back...

It is a great statue so if you have ANY interest in this piece (and the funds) I say pick it up now while you can. Once things sell out you can (almost 100%) expect to pay more than retail.

Hey as long as you find a way to get this beast inti your collection...there is no reason to be bummed. The statue looks great in pictures but in person its 100x better. Seeing the paint app SSC could pull off on the portraits really makes me excited for future releases.

Totally agree and the fact that SSC achieved that with a non action pose is pretty damn sweet if you ask me. Before getting it in hand I was wishing SSC would have gone with something more dynamic but in hand they pretty much exceeded all of my expectations for the character.

lol yea the shading on the back is really up to opinion but it takes nothing away from the sculpt and is a relatively easy repaint incase anyone wanted to make it solid white. Regardless the sculpt is sick and I quite like the statue as a whole including the paint.

Question did anyone with thier venom have what looks like light green shading on his back where the white spider is? Statue looks great but I couldn't figure out if that was supposed to be there. Note: although there is no green obviously in venom it's a cool shading effect I just want to make...

+1 :goodpost: Congrats on the pick up and if its weight you want, rest assured weight you will get. Again just be careful when handling it and you'll avoid the breakage issues.
