JND Studios 1/6 scale Heath Ledger Joker figure

Yes, but imho providing the same quality / detailing as the prototype is harder in 1/6 than in 1/3, it needs more micro-skills :) So each has its own difficulty... But, we are not even sure it will be done by the same people doing the 1/3 statues. I'm considering pros and cons, it is not black...

JND Studios 1/6 scale Heath Ledger Joker figure

The "drop in quality" level in 1/3 does not reassure me that much that the same will happen for 1/6. It gives me some hope, but that's all. I think most of us here who make some critics about this figure (including me) are commenting because we still have not decided yet, and try to share our...

JND Studios 1/6 scale Heath Ledger Joker figure

Well, that would be reassuring - but it's a bit lame that we don't know these details even though the preorder is up. I think I've seen photos about a metal skeleton inside the body, but maybe that was in one of Kojun's customs only. It would be good to know for sure.

JND Studios 1/6 scale Heath Ledger Joker figure

My point was that 30 years was mentioned about "left alone statues". We don't have any statements about the 1/6 figures (besides the not-so-reassuring type C "you will get 1 - ONE - I mean 1 extra pair of replacement arms if it breaks"). I'd sleep better if they give some guarantee that the body...

JND Studios 1/6 scale Heath Ledger Joker figure

This caught my attention: "If left alone, JND Studio statue will experience no degradation and maintain exact form for 30 years and more" But we won't left alone an action figure. We will pose it at least once, will it hold up? Another interesting thing I noticed in the video is that there are...

    Asmus - 1/6 Gollum/Smeagol

Mine looks good... On yours first I thought it is nose rub, but recently regarding the Rogue figure I've read something interesting about a similar nose issue - they used hairdryer on the figure, which fixed the nose, without touching it. I'm not sure if it would help here or if it can damage...

Hot Toys Back to the Future II - 1/6th scale DeLorean Time Machine

Hi All, Could someone with the 2nd batch car please confirm that you also have the part circled in red? It looks like a glue patch and a straight white line - these are at the front wheels on both sides for me. Note, the car is upside down. Thanks!

Mars Toys Back to the Future 1/6 Figures

This was my thought, but it seems we only get one jeans with the set.

    Asmus - 1/6 Gollum/Smeagol

The strange is that some had the body fading too, but mostly only arms and legs. It would be good to know what happened. I'm wondering was there anyone who left it in the box and experienced fading? Those who left it in box how often do you check the health of your Gollums? :lol Jokes aside, I...

Wonder Woman 1984 - 1/6th scale Wonder Woman Collectible Figure

Has anyone tried putting the WW84 headsculpt on the Justice League figure? I am wondering if it works...

    Asmus - 1/6 Gollum/Smeagol

I think Asmus should find out why it happened, even involving third parties to analyze the product if needed. Not only for us, but to avoid the same happening on later products if using the same materials/coating. (And without knowing it for sure, how can they guarantee that it won't happen with...

Hot Toys Back to the Future II - 1/6th scale DeLorean Time Machine

Wow, do they plan it? Is there any information somewhere?

    Asmus - 1/6 Gollum/Smeagol

Guys, who have the figure, can you confirm if you also have the shiny part I circled - although it can be only seen if light reflects on it... I'd like to make sure it is really not a defect. The pic is at the quoted comment. Thanks!

    Asmus - 1/6 Gollum/Smeagol

Just to make sure, I meant the circled one, which is actually the left leg, but right on the photo :) I'm asking because so far I only saw seams where I could tell that it was put together there, but they weren't shiny at all. Or in this case was the shininess added to cover the seam? Btw, I'm...

    Asmus - 1/6 Gollum/Smeagol

Hi Guys, I'm wondering if this lacquer shiny stripe on my figure's right leg above the knee is normal? Of course it shines that much only if the light is reflected from it in a special angle, but it's a bit too much to me especially above the knee - and I don't see it on the other leg. But I...

    Kaustic Plastik Twin Peaks

Let's compare the production quantity of HT, and the production quantity of this product. Even if the license for an Iron Man is much higher, I don't think the per product license cost is that much higher. And due to the lower quantity, the per item factory, etc costs are much higher. And I'm...

Sideshow: The Clint Eastwood Legacy Collection (1:6 figures)

Guys, I've just received Dirty Harry - and the headsculpt is really grey. Almost like he's just repaired a car :D Not nearly life-like skin tone like at the Hot Toys figures and it mismatches the skin tone of the hands too... The strange is that I could not really make a photo of it using a...

Big Chief Studios: Peaky Blinders 1/6 figures

I'm a bit afraid since they don't mention anything about the signature editions, so I'm not sure when actually they will ship those...

Asmus - Gandalf the White - Crown Line

Oh my god, Asmus, who came up with this marketing disaster again? I really don't understand what's the point in not selling as many figures as you can. Surely, it could be assumed that there won't be such demand as for GtG, but obviously it was underestimated. This only forwards customers to...
