Mine looks just like that. The arm feels real floppy. The left arm is a little better. I already contacted Sideshow about this and about the damage to my head sculpt. It sucks...I like the figure...but it's hard to enjoy it till I get these problems straightened out!

Yeah, like you catch someone in a good mood. I have gotten some replacements from calling too...that's what I thought would happen in this case. They should treat everyone the same. I think I will try calling again and push for the replacement...or maybe, I will send a little video of the head...

I might have to call again...I called and talked to someone and they told me to fill out the return/replacement form on the website. Now they want pictures!

I am having a real hard time deciding which color to get. I ordered both, but need to decide by 5 which to cancel. I think the brown just looks kind of weird...even though, that's the more accurate one. The nostalgia part of me likes the blue one...what to do? Wondering what color most people...

Mine does this too...I was just coming on here to ask the same question. My helmeted sculpt is floppy, but still holds most poses OK.

Got a notice that SS is sending me a new holster and gun holding hand(which also broke). They want me to destroy the old holster...I told them that it already came destroyed in the box. Hopefully people will start getting some replacement replies!

They are probably being bombarded with return and replacement requests for this and the SSC Superman figure! I called and spoke to someone and for the first time I was directed to the online return form. Hope everyone gets their problems taken care of!

Your pictures look good...hope you get the replacement head. Mine has marks on the body too and the warped pouches(which I think I can live with). At first I thought his head had a weird red mark...but I guess its suppose to be a small cut. Also...when I took the jacket off, his arms were...

Here is mine right out of the box at work...I like it, especially after watching the movie last night. One of the tabs on the pistol holster was broken in the box and I already contacted Sideshow. I thought the stand looked to clean, so I lightly sanded it and think it looks cool now...
