That story is crazy to hear it from someone who has actually sold to TW before. I mean, at this point, most of us know that TW is a reseller and not a retailer but interesting to read how they treat their sellers nearly just as bad as their customers. They're just a terrible from all sides.

Well to my amazement again much like with Gandalf, they have shipped my Cad Bane Deluxe order and told me that my Battle Droid order will be sent tomorrow.
Let's see, I've still got over 10 other opens orders so maybe they are slowly working through them.

So only based on what @ronnieb555 has mentioned so far, TW is pushing out DHL orders that was promised years ago if it works well.
Now that pics of the MoM Scarlet Witch as now surfaced, my overdue copy (and shelf warming/reduced priced) Wandavision Scarlet might be in the pipeline (via EMS) to be shipped to Canada if it gets a chance.
Not going to have high expectations if it does arrive, and hopefully that others will stay far away from Toys ScammerLand/ Comic Screw Me Over and Pop Crackables after reading these horror stories, but there will be someone out there that will still fall for the trap. Yes… You can put the General Ackbar (RoTJ) meme here.

There are two comments near the bottom of this reddit post stating this specific member is a ****ing shill for getting stuff from TW.
I won't be too surprised if TW/CS goes back to their old habits again and we get another Nippon Yassan v.2 fiasco, however you rather be safe than sorry right?
Note: I'm not shilling for TW after what has happened to me close to over a year now (still salty nevertheless), but learned from this experience and not dealing with these dirtbags ever again!

you obviously dont know how reddit works.
they will always discredit posts that they themselves deem harmful, even if it was a genuine post by the user, by doing so gives people confidence in tw, which they see harmful, doesnt matter if op was genuine or a shill, as long as it goes against their narratives, it's a shill, troll, misinformation.

I'm frustrated with them, they owe me $367 for an order I placed in 2022. They sent me the shipping tracking number from DHL but it hasn't moved since October 2023. I've sent several emails asking for a full refund, but they keep giving me the runaround. They recently offered me a store credit code, but when I tried to use it, it said it had already been used too many times. I checked my bank statements, but I can't find the transaction, so I don't know which credit card I used. I'm at a loss and feeling scammed. I've been warning others on Facebook about this company.

Purchased something on eBay from seller ‘cinematiclegends’ who has 100% positive feedback and got a DHL shipping notice from ToysWonderland. Supposed to have my item Wednesday so we’ll see, but wanted to give everyone a heads up about them having another identity they are attempting to operate under. Wouldn’t have ordered had I known it was them but I guess we’ll see if I get one of their actual deliveries or if there starts being delays and excuses.

There's a thread in the SW section about some shady Ebayers. I wonder if any of those might be connected with TW.
Thing is, I would have been none the wiser had they not been lazy and used their ToysWonderland account for the shipping manifest. Had they used the eBay account I ordered from, they might have gone unnoticed or unconnected.
maybe they have an account and have to pay for a new account.

Very curious if your package gets delivered or not tomorrow @Buttmunch.
To my surprise it just arrived! They overnighted it! In Hong Kong yesterday, in hand in Utah today. Everything looks in good condition too. Doesn’t appear to be used or missing any parts. Appears authentic too and not a cheap copy or anything like that.
Got caught up in the Dune hype and ordered the Paul figure from Aug toys. I’m impressed as much as I hate to say that. I really can’t recommend anyone order from them with their history but this alternate account they are using on eBay seems to be following through. You at least have eBay protection there. So strange!

Thought I would give everyone an update, I received the Cad Bane Deluxe but the Battle Droid wasn't and still isn't shipped.
Been trying to get a reply for them since Cad Bane was dispatched but no longer getting any replies.
I was also a bit cheeky and asked them about the eBay page and asked if they have new owners, maybe this upset them?

Add me to the list of people who are getting product from them. DHL shipment to arrive today, hopefully it's what I ordered and not a box of rocks! Still, doubt I'd ever order from them again - this was a pre-order from 2022, came out in Aug/Sept 2023, so is insanely late shipping (at least 6 months behind kit, Giant, etc).
When looking through your bank statement(s), the name of the company probably won’t be “toys wonderland.” I can’t remember what the name was for mine but I do remember that the description was “music/orchestra equipment”

If it helps, i gave up all hope my soosoo homelander would come from them after preordering in July 21. They initially sent tracking info in October before it was released then went silent and ignored all emails until lastweek where they told me they hadnt got them and were trying to get some stock. My reply was not the most happy considering the amount of emails they sent with it showing as in stock and on sale! They never replied but got a new shipping email an hour later and he arrived yesterday! Annoyingly as I gave up hope I ordered it from elsewhere so now have 2
. Luckily that was my last figure i had on order with them so glad i didnt lose out but that will be the last I get from them. Fingers crossed you all get a similar result- Joined

Mine was also SooSoo Homelander and my story is similar to yours, except I ordered the version with all the heads in the meantime, which caused a bunch of pre-orders of the SooSoo to get cancelled. I still wanted the SooSoo because even though the heads aren't as good as the other companies, the rubber suit is ridiculously restrictive. Happily SooSoo has arrived and I'll Frankenstein it into my ideal John Lander. Not sure why they finally shipped the thing, but glad to have it (and resisted the urge to buy elsewhere).
