That seems wise - I have only ever bought "in-stock" items with them, and so far I haven't been burned, but they really are a choice of last resort.

Initially I started buy from a seller on Etsy who was selling them assembled. Then I started ordering rods from Etsy and different shaped acrylic bases from Amazon and putting them together myself, to tailor them more to specific figure needs. 6 inch or 8 inch or 10 inch circles depending on the figure size. Plus different rods and crotch pieces depending on figure design. Some of the acrylic rods are have a wide enough hollow core to accept a metal crotch grabber if a figure needs it. Otherwise, there are different sized/shaped acrylic crotch pieces that attach to the rods. It has helped streamline all my figure displays, and it's a fun hobby. All you need is an acrylic specific drill bit and the pieces.

I love how clean an invisible they become. No black chunky bases, or black wire grabbers, etc. Just gives the figure all the focus.

I've used several of the crotch cradles from these sets. But he bases are kinda undersized and cheap.

That first head sculpt does not look that bad actually. The hair needs to be futzed more

Okay fellas, I've been troubleshooting and having a custom stand fabricator Login • Instagram work with me in designing a stand that can go over the INART JOKER stand. With tiny magnets to keep it in place.

I personally want to protect my investments any way that I can.

You will have the option of acrylic crotch stick or a waste grabber / thigh grabber. This is just the prototype design and we will make the pole in the back a lot higher so the waste grabber will work on the waist.

Like I said this is just the prototype and I want to know some thoughts and who would be interested when this finally becomes the finished product.

That's b/c that blacktoys sculpt is a recast of one of Dean Tolliver's Joker sculpts (CREG Customs).

I feel like a madman, I have about 40 figures all posed without stands, some in fairly dramatic poses, and the only time I had an issue in 5 years was my Present Toys Raider Jones fell forward one time, but that body is as sturdy as a wet napkin.

This Joker was so easy for me to pose and balance, it has great joint security. But, I guess I just live life on the edge.

The standard looks great and still a significant upgrade from my old DX11, plus I can now save the funds for some of my other upcoming orders.

The choice is not big. The Batman, Gandalf and Aragorn.

For me rooted Aragon.

Hoping they will take the feedback from Joker.
Pretty sure Pennywise is due next which should be quicker than joker due to low numbers.

I missed out on aragorn. I would have to say rooted batman for me! Inart is very impressive in person. Loving my rooted Joker. I will say after this release I'm thinking about going strictly inart from now on. In fact already stated selling several hot toys.

UPDATE:

The magnetic base is complete crap. My Jokor has fallen off twice. Not using it.

I positioned the legs and stance perfectly and it still did it. The Jail Cell is also lopsided. I feel like the balance/weight distribution is off or the metal leans toward the back. Coulda done without both.

Other than that, the figures themselves are solid. Hate that base though.
