It doesn't matter what the seller wants. Even if they have a no return policy, if the item arrives damaged eBay will charge the seller for return shipping if the buyer returns the item. That's just how it works.

On eBay if an item arrives damaged they send you a return label for free return shipping. But only if it's damaged or not as described.

LOL I do think it's a badass statue but I already have arkham knight Batman EX paid so this one is just too similar for me. Had I not though this would probably be on my list.

The only thing I don't get with the base is the window. It seems really small. I understand that they can't make a full sized one but still the really tiny window bothers me.

As sick as this piece is I already have arkham knight Batman, Arkham knight, & my harley quinn waitlist will convert Wednesday. I have to resist and wait for Miller Bats. Only have room for one more and he's the one I'm waiting for.
